Here's an example:
Years 1-2:
Agent on a 40 percent commission/5 percent renewals contract writing $2,500 gross per week.
Years 3-20:
District Manager on a 44 percent commission/7 percent renewals contract writing $2,000 gross per week - with three representatives on a 40/5 contract, each writing $2,500 gross personal production per week.
